Dodds Construction and Maintenance is a medium sized, vibrant company comprising of the owner and staff which represent the rich diversity of our country. The management and staff have comprehensive experience in contract administration and all kinds of building projects together with the site supervision. Dodds Construction and Maintenance provide innovative and cost-effective building solutions. Dodds Construction and Maintenance is a registered member of the NHBRC and have built, long and trusting relationships with clients throughout the years.
Dodds Construction and Maintenance started in 1998. An addition to the Company Dodds Solar Solutions joined our team in 2022 with a well-qualified team. With our expertise and dedication, we strive to assist our clients with all their needs to assist with loadshedding and with lower electricity bills. We understand the need towards sustainable energy and to reduce costs in the current economy.

Construction and Project Management
Planning Phase:
During the planning phase, we work closely with the client, Architect and Engineer in order to determine the final design in the most cost-effective manner. We gather all required documentation such as building permits and contractual agreements. We also create a programme for the project to stay on track.
Construction Phase:
With the Construction phase all planning is put into action. We monitor and control the progress and ensure the construction project stays with budget and remains on the programme dates as stipulated.
Post Construction Phase:
Once the construction phase is completed, there are still a few loose ends that need to be tied up. If there are any concerns or disputes, these items will then be addressed and resolved.

In September 2026, Dodds Construction and Maintenance proudly expanded our services with the launch of our new division, Dodds Interiors.
At Dodds Interiors, we believe that completing a project is about more than construction and maintenance — it is about adding those final touches that transform a space and make it feel complete, welcoming and beautifully presented.
Our aim is to go the extra mile for our clients, assisting them with the finishing details that bring their vision together. Our interior services include upholstery and fabric selections, wallpaper supply and installation, curtains, scatter cushions, and other decorative finishing touches.
